Cons

Underpaid Unorganized Some days are Mentally and emotionally exhausting High turnover which causes a lack of consistency Several supervisors so it is confusing to know who to report to

Cons

You will be challenged. Pressley Ridge doesn't shy aware from doing what ever it takes to serve individuals. The Peace Corp adage fits, this will be the "toughest job you will love".
