      Great work/life balance Promote from within Understanding and Accepting Leadership Open Door Policy Great Healthcare Plan Conduct quarterly business wide meetings to show appreciation to employees and keep everyone up to date on the business development. Donut Fridays Extravagant holiday parties.

      I have not encountered any drawbacks that would affect my decision to work here.

      -Free food and snacks -chill with how you spend your day as long as work gets done -fun holiday parties and other traditions

      -work gets repetitive as you get more used to it

      Pros

      Above average salary and benefits. Management gave me every opportunity to advance in my department or cross train in other clinical areas. Probable the most organized lab in terms of policies, testing and patient care that I've ever been a part of.

      Cons

      Relatively new business that was told to me when I started. Policies and processes are maturing which can be expected. Sometimes things would change often as the company grew.
