Pros
Above average salary and benefits. Management gave me every opportunity to advance in my department or cross train in other clinical areas. Probable the most organized lab in terms of policies, testing and patient care that I've ever been a part of.
Cons
Relatively new business that was told to me when I started. Policies and processes are maturing which can be expected. Sometimes things would change often as the company grew.
