      Pros

      Customers and the rest of the store employees are fun to work with and you make good relationships with people that last outside of work.

      Cons

      there is no reprimanding for obvious problems in management and it clearly affects the workers because they hate working even though they like the actual job

      A good organization that believes in life/work balance. The freedom is there to use creativity.

      Cons

      Small organization. In the shadow of the bigger chains like Wal-Mart. Difficult to balance the labor it takes to run a small store.
