Pros

Can't think of one pro to be honest.

Cons

They don't value the good employees they have and are running them off. Pay is dismal, benefits just as dismal. Hire part time inexperienced people to pick up the slack but they can't keep even those positions filled. It used to be a decent company to work for but no more.

Some perks are include mobility though other departments as well as mobility in seniority. They work very well with your schedule too.

Cons

During some months its hard to get a lot of hours, which is bad if you have bills to pay and are needed to have a stable income.
