Easy to get a job there. Benefits were decent. Good place to start off for teenagers.

Cons

No employee discounts at least not at Cosentinos. People quit very quickly which is one reason it's easy to get a job there. With so many people leaving as soon as they get hired, more work falls on the existing employees. A place of gossip.
