High turn over and poor management and lacked rotating
Pros
Nothing at the store I worked at ... Coworkers and management didn't rotate stock. I called it padding the shelves.... Where the food in the back of the shelf never seen light of day unless we couldn't get new stock to fill in front. I found it repulsive how much 2018, 2019 food I found on the shelves AFTER everyone suddenly stocked their homes with food. The overnight manager is absolutely awesome but the day management and the overnight team just didn't care to stock and clean the shelves. It was embarrassing as a cashier to witness so many customers bring to my attention the out of date food. When I transferred to overnight stocking I witnessed many shopping carts full of our if dates that could have been prevented if the stocker rotated. I can't count the times I got yelled at by management to just skip rotating and just put it up. I completely boycott the store I worked at and do minimal shopping at a different store. But we are Aldi shoppers . They rotate their cases.
Cons
I no longer shop at the store I once worked.
