I found a new job because of one of the managers

Can take off work anytime with 2 weeks notice. Works really well with your life schedule. Most of the managers are really nice and actually listen to you.

Cons

However, one of the male managers would constantly say inappropriate things to me and make me feel really uncomfortable (he is also married) so I left.
