      Pros

      easy to get in, accommodating to availability changes, good chance to make connections, work in a clean environment proud of the appearance they try to hold, great way to interact with the community and meet new people in the neighborhood.

      Cons

      Horrible treatment from the Customer Service desk, scheduling is all over the place. Can have a total of 14 hours in a week in 2 days back to back or 10 hours in 4 days. Everyone looks down on sackers and cashiers, including management and customer service.

      Decent characters to work with. Good for a first time job

      Cons

      Terrible customer service agents, long days of constant customer badgering, management couldn't care less about you, atrocious pay, and most good employees quit within a few months.

      there is such a high turnover you can move up quick unless you manager is an ----.

      i have many years in seafood and yet i was forced to take orders from a young punk who thought he knew everything and wouldn't take any of my advice. he once texted me at 4am on my day off to let me know he didn't like something i did. i had to take him in front of the store manager because his attitude towards me was so bad & i could go on. also they like to cut hours,i went from almost 40hours week down to 28hrs so i was forced to seek other employment.
