      - Possibility to work at home - Good benefits - Flexible schedule - Salary increase every year is good - Some projects contain new trends and technology - Pay is the average on the market

      Cons

      - You can fall into projects with ancient technology and processes - Routinary work, not a lot of challenges in the day to day - Boring software applications - Not a lot of opportunity for growing, some managers are people who have worked at price for a long period of time even people who has not worked in any other company. - Not following a formal agile methodology, it is a kind of intend to use SCRUM but not in the proper way. - There are some useless meetings scheduled by managers, where is a waste of time and being not effective
