Pros

Price is a good place to build your career. It is an established brand with a proven track record and is not going to go anywhere in the short term. In a way you get the dynamism of the private sector with the stability and job security that you rarely find these days.

Cons

Nothing bad, the company is large so everything revolves around your team and your manager. If you have the chance to work with nice people (as is my case) the work days are fun!
