Pros
The people are friendly, a lot of them seem to care and want to do well Lots to work on, plenty of “low hanging fruit” if you know what you’re doing
Cons
No training or policies in place, no one knows what going on, nothing is organized Safety is a huge issue but nothing is ever done about it Constantly shifting priorities, subjected to whims of higher-ups Very understaffed in critical areas No incentives or goals to work towards No investment in employees, training and education are not priorities Very little time off to start, don’t get more days for 5 years Retirement benefits are slightly below average
