      This office has executive offices and a production floor. Management does not care about staff or staff's quality of life.

      Pros

      The company is full of great, hard-working, driven people. The company is fairly young so there are a lot of people willing to learn and adapt.

      Cons

      The pay/benefits is mediocre to poor. The same driven people can sometimes cause other employees to overwork themselves and burn out. There are some positions that are set up to fail. Depending on the department, management can be old school and strict.
