      They are a Friendly Staff of Ladies at the Rockbridge Location. Not forthcoming or as honest as they could be about their ability to find you work. Mrs. Hooks was going to bat for me to find work but by the time she found something significant I had found another job opportunity and she never made the same attempt for me again.

      Cons

      I was placed in a terrible work environment that began to give me allergies and told that my work output was not enough by the Supervisor even though long term employees told me that my work output was 3 times more than past temps. I was tired and sore and forced my self to go to work again against my better judgment the next day two people had not come in and I was told to do the two man job by myself. I called Pride staff to let them know that the work was beyond my ability. They called the company and I was sent home on the spot. I felt that I followed the right steps and I did not deserve the disrespectful treatment. especial April's snide voice when I called and ask if my hours were recorded. Our April's condescending voice when I told her the work was overbearing.

      Pros

      The PrideStaff Portland West team is by far the best communicative staffing agency I have been involved with. They constantly update on potential job status, leads and follow up to see how you are feeling about the new role.

      Cons

      Higher compensation would be more beneficial.
