Pros

Management can be flexible

Cons

Management is completely wishy washy, doesn’t comply with policy . Doesn’t believe in asking for 2 forms of Id to process i9, doesn’t communicate when things are did wrong. Completely henders the office, has people come in for interview and is not there to conduct interview it then falls on the remaining staff. Management submits off candidates straight to client without even having them in database - you then have to chase and find the candidate they sent off to get them in for an interview and get them processed. Some people are already temp/perm hired by the client before even hired through us that is major to the client in case they are not eligible for employment. This has happened before by upper management not complying a candidate was submitted and asked to interview and a TNC came back and upper management kept wanting to still have them interview. Management will set up interviews at any time sometimes at same time of interviews already scheduled which causes conflict in day. There are no benefits - management chuckled when asking for a raise after saying I wasn’t there for a year but was there for 9months and know everything from the back of my hand. There is no growth and structure at all! One day management will say something the next day it’s something else . Overall management cares about the money instead of employees . Previous candidate stated upper management sounded “uptight & snobbish” they were right. Management has an attitude towards employees - doesn’t represent the company well.

I can assure you that each of our locations is compliant in regards to I-9 & E-Verify processing of candidates. Staying up to date and following policies is crucial to our office running smoothly and allows our candidates to have confidence in us handling their job search. Not only do we match job seekers with great positions, we also pride ourselves on being able to provide internal growth opportunities where each team member feels valued and is encouraged within our system. Although we're disappointed that this was not your experience, we wish you the best in your career!

Pros

Gain experience with recruiting if you are interested in starting a career.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from management. It's a high volume company and the "assistant" wears so many hats with little opportunity for breathing room. The pay isn't worth that kind of stress.

Thanks for your feedback. We're happy to hear you gained valuable experience while working with PrideStaff. It is unfortunate that you found the management of your office to hold unrealistic expectations for you. We understand that working in a franchise office means you will be responsible for various tasks which can feel overwhelming. Although we wish we could've helped you to continue growing with PrideStaff, we wish you the best of luck in your career!
