      Its a job when you need one.

      Cons

      Lots of work for low pay. Sometimes have to work nights and weekends for no additional pay. No benefits, revolving door, if anyone good comes along they leave quick or are pushed out. These are franchises so the office sets the salary but Herndon pays in the 40k which is poverty level for Northern Virginia.

Our pay rates take a number of factors into consideration, such as previous experience, local market trends, and the specific role. The pay structure is also determined by each franchise.
