Pros
They can usually find you new assignments if your current one is not working out. Sometimes you can find a career home through a temp-to-hire assignment. You can even choose to work out of the closest office should you relocate.
Cons
Very few assignments will meet or match your salary requirements, but they will often come very close. Sometimes you might start an assignment at a company that is poorly run. You might find unbearable conditions, or you might be overworked. Keep up to date on OSHA laws because you might need to tell an assignment supervisor to back off if they're pressuring you to miss breaks per 8 hours, or do work that may be detrimental to your health. Otherwise, no other cons.
