Pros

I can make decisions and solve problems without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. Building relationships with tenants is a big and interesting part of the role. Well-thought-out systems – tracking leases, rent and reporting are straightforward. Manageable schedule and competitive pay.

Cons

A lot to do on the same day. Make sure you can switch gears quickly and stay calm in challenging situations.

Pros

From what I’ve seen, there is almost nothing positive about working here. Employees are forced to meet impossible expectations with no real support. Staff are treated like numbers rather than people and shown zero respect. The system practically sets employees up to fail.

Cons

- No proper training was provided; only minimal guidelines and pointers were given while being expected to excel immediately - Mistakes were met with insults and harsh criticism rather than guidance or constructive feedback - Lack of support was the real reason for failure, but employees were blamed - Workload increased constantly, becoming heavier over time - Expectations kept rising even as employees gained experience - No increase in salary or recognition was offered despite taking on more responsibilities - Opportunities to prove oneself or grow professionally were absent - Overall experience left employees frustrated, undervalued, and exhausted
