      Pros

      The only positive aspect I gained from this job was building my own network and making a few connections that have helped me beyond this place.

      Cons

      When it is not the tenants causing problems, it is the higher-ups making everything worse. I was left to handle every issue alone, carrying all the responsibility without a hint of support or recognition. The so-called bosses do nothing but bark orders while the real work falls entirely on the staff.
