Pros

Getting out is the only real career advancement.

Cons

Employees rarely last because expectations are extreme while recognition is nonexistent. Promotions and raises are dangled as bait but almost never materialize, Every day feels like a race to prove your worth in an environment designed to drain people.

Pros

The leasing process is organized, and most tools are easy to learn. Coworkers are friendly and usually quick to help when needed. Pay is good, and there are chances to earn bonuses. Daily tasks are consistent, which helps keep things manageable.

Cons

There may be some changes in shifts.

Pros

I’ve learned a lot from being trusted with so many aspects of the community. Guidance from my regional manager when I need it, without hovering. Room to handle situations my own way. That balance has helped me grow faster and with more confidence.

Cons

The pace can be intense, but it’s satisfying to see a community running smoothly
