      Pros

      This has been a really nice stepping stone for me. I’m thankful to my bosses for being so generous with their time, teaching me all I need to know to succeed in this field while also letting me share what I know, like my skills in graphic design. I'm impressed with how the company utilizes technology to step up its game. Other than that, we get paid on time and also have the chance to “glitz and glam” during property events. It’s really fun!

      Cons

      I report to two bosses. It's not a con for me, but it might be for some people. Personally, I see it as having two sources of knowledge.

      Pros

      The day-to-day work is steady, so you always know what to expect. There’s room to manage your tasks, but leadership steps in when it counts. Most days are routine, though you’ll run into the occasional repair that breaks up the flow. The pay works fine and the health benefits and PTO make things manageable long-term.

      Requires physical stamina and on-site presence.
