Our managers try to act nicely most of the time.

Cons

There is obviously a huge gap in communication between the terrible management and the employees. The managers keep repeating the things they say, yet they also keep expecting outputs from the employees that they didn’t give out in the first place. The management needs to step up its awful communication and stop blaming the employees for its horrible mistakes.
