      Awful Workloads and Fear- Inducing Deadlines Made It Tough

      Pros

      They focus on the properties. I wish they had focused just as much on human resources as well. They didn't.

      Cons

      The workloads were pretty horrible here. I often had to work brutal and exhausting hours to ensure that all deadlines were met. Many of us shared the same fear. Eventually, the stress wasn't worth it. Please beware and learn from my experience.

      Pros

      The properties are in great shape. Makes everything more manageable. The team communicates well. No constant last-minute surprises. The work makes sense. I’m not stuck fixing things that should have been replaced years ago.

      Some scheduling adjustments could be communicated earlier
