They hired me with little to no experience.

Cons

They treat residences and employees like garbage. Management will use workplace bullying if you do anything wrong, it's their way or the highway. All they care about is the bottom line. Pay can be below market averages and your achievements will never be recognized. They will pressure and set extremely unrealistic expectations. There are a lot of jobs out there that are way better than Priderock.

I like the variety of tasks that I face each working day – of which I enjoy handling food service for the staff the most. And the people at headquarters are really friendly.

Cons

I have no complaints at all.
