I got paid. You will be grateful that you left knowing how bad it can get, unless you are the former college frat star that this company is looking for.

Cons

This was the most toxic place I have ever worked for. This company doesn't know what work-life balance means at all. They demand an extreme amount of work from you are actually doing. Also, kiss your personal life and family goodbye as you will work off the clock and extended hours just to stay afloat of their overflowing expectations!

The nature of my job here allows me to spend quality time with my family. Daily assignments can be done easily so I’m able to get out of the office on the dot. The pay is decent and so are the perks: 401K, Dental / Healthcare, PTO.

You can choose from a variety of training programs. It can be a great help if you are unaware of the industry.

Cons

The top management was selfish. They were never available, and their arrogant attitude was visible from a long distance. Everyone knew that they would never change. It was disheartening to see that the management was never there, even when you were stressed due to a work problem. People quit instead of tolerating this awful situation for long.
