The CEO was such a heartless boss

Pros

The guidance and magnetic personality of my boss have been crucial in our success. He has taught us valuable and lessons both on a personal and professional level.

Cons

The CEO was good at speaking. He talks the talk but doesn't walk that talk. He had a lazy habit promising a lot but doesn't fulfill any of it. He was a pathological liar. He also had an uncanny ability to be selectively ignorant especially to employee problems, he was generally unconcerned to any of it, He would disgracefully ignore all calls for help. Such a heartless boss to work for,

Pros

• I get the opportunity to deal with some high-profile clients which is a great exposure for me. • The management values all the employees and treats us with dignity. • Working along with my seniors and coworkers has helped me improve my existing skills and add new skills to serve clients better.

Cons

Not a con, but you need to have good critical thinking and problem solving skills.
