It's not wise to spend a lot of time here and quit as soon as you can if you are after financial growth.

Cons

The top management offered very poor and terrible pay but expected a lot from every employee. You were supposed to work long, stressful, brutal, and exhausting hours independently. It was horrible that the management offered no support even when you were stuck with a problem. Even after all that effort, they offered no financial or career growth. It was ridiculous and motivated me to quit. BEWARE!

There's extreme toxicity in the work environment, and this can be attributed to the negative work culture and unprofessional management. The managers are often hostile toward the employees, and this gets adopted by the employees themselves. They also like lying, so the workplace becomes a very toxic pool of lying people.
