Priderock Capital Partners has terrible leadership that puts unreasonable workloads on employees and has unreasonable expectations. I think some of our supervisors here are also mentally unstable given their horrible treatment of the employees and their complete lack of empathy toward us.

It sucks that there isn't anything redeeming about this company to offset how miserable it is to work here.

Cons

Leadership doesn't care about anything other than money. They overwork and underpay employees, and set impossible expectations onto them without any regard for the wellbeing. They don't acknowledge any of the effort you put in, but won't hesitate to give you an earful for making a mistake.

I'm trying hard to think of positive things but none come to mind.

Cons

PCP, especially corporate, does not value their employees and only care about money. You'll be overworked without proper compensation for your hard work and if you don't meet their expectations, they compromise your salary and your hard-earned commission. Management's greediness has intensified over the years. I do not recommend this company to anyone for employment or living.
