Pros

When the leadership is poor, there is no point in looking for other positives. You won't find any of those here.

Cons

THE TOP MANAGEMENT HAS AN ARROGANT ATTITUDE. THEY OFFER YOU POOR PAY AND EXPECT YOU TO WORK INSANE HOURS. THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE STRESSED FROM THE JOB or you feel terrible due to exhaustion. Often, their horrible attitude will prevent them from replying to important communication. BEWARE!

Pros

Company benefits were ok and better than other because they will USE you as much as they could!

Cons

Too much workload, long working hours, and too many annoying people, make the day awful and extremely exhausting. I've already asked support from the manager too many times, but was blatantly ignored even by upper management. They don't care how much stress you're in, just do your job no matter how INSANELY TIRED you are!
