I work with a wonderful team. I also have very nice co-workers in the other departments. The management team is great. They really value their employees. There is plenty of of opportunity to grow in the company and learn different parts of the business. I am very happy to work here.

If you like staying busy, there’s definitely no shortage of things needing attention.

Cons

The workload never really slows down, but the bigger issue is how reactive everything feels, because instead of having clear systems in place to prevent problems, it often feels like you’re just dealing with issue after issue as they happen, and over time that becomes exhausting since you’re expected to keep things running smoothly without always having the support, communication, or long-term planning needed to actually do that effectively, so the pressure just keeps building while the same problems continue repeating themselves.
