Aggravating and Extremely Disorganized From Day One

Pros

Attractive store layout Relaxing breakroom Hour lunch break if working a full shift Reasonably priced fashion (even with no discount)

Cons

PNC is extremely disorganized, unhelpful, and seems to be out of touch with the demands of the store. Constantly dealing with staffing issues. Asks for feedback and ways to make things better but no matter how many suggestions you make there are very few if any changes made. When changes are made they are poorly communicated to the staff. Very poor training methods put in place (random new hires just show up and are dumped off on supervisors without any notice) Upper management support of staff is inconsistent when it comes to store policy and communicating that policy to the customer. Upper management can be condescending and unfriendly when approached so beware!

Pros

The coaches in the cash office are relatively nice.

Cons

The HR (p&) members are not helpful at all, told me if I changed my availability I would get terminated. Not flexible. Base pay is pretty bad for me since I have a background in cash handling (worked at a bank)

Pros

Some nice coworkers if your a decent looking guy like me female coworkers will hit on you lol and a slight discount. Schedule was flexible.

Cons

The customers are absolutely disgusting and rude. Cheap clothing attracts cheap people, poor people with bad attitudes from bad neighborhoods. They trash the store so your constantly cleaning up. My time thier it got so bad they got rid of the couches people could sit on because costumers would just trash it. Managers/leads what ever they call themselves would just walk in circles barking micromanagement orders. Some obviously had favorites. Managers would just talk to each other constantly and God forbid they even caught coworkers saying hi to each other.
