Pros

There is always opportunity for promotion and they prefer to give management positions to current employees, you get to meet many interesting people

Cons

It can get incredibly busy at times considering upto 6 deliveries per day plus depending on what line manager/supervisor you get it may be frustrating and may feel unappreciated at times, also because it is multinational company many people in the work place don't speak English to one another which can make you feel a bit of an outcast

Nice place to start whilst studying, flexibility is great. Offers weekends, weekdays, 4-8 hour shifts. Learned so much whilst being there.

Cons

Can be extremely tiring. Long shifts also. But time passes quickly.

Easy work, hours are ok to swap around in advance. Managers would ok and tried to prevent boredom of doing the same thing all day.

Cons

Always asking you to do overtime and were disappointed if you said no - as a Uni student there were only certain days I could do.
