      Pros would have to be you get paid for everything you sale. Pretty flexible with schedules.

      Cons

      401k plan isn't the best. Company doesn't allow you to borrow from it. Not the best medical benefits either

      A lot of people with similar interest, good benefits, and vacation.

      Cons

      Company refuses to fire people who break codes of conduct, so long as they are performing and producing numbers. They show favorites, and have little in the ways of morals and ethics.
