Pros

Good PTO, laid back atmosphere. Great work/life balance compared to similar companies I've worked for. Great pay. I make more as a rep here than I did as a manager at a competitor. You can move up if you choose to, but they do offer positions with perks for those of us who don't want to.

Cons

The quotas can be too high, depending on your store's traffic and the general behavior of buying customers. COVID really put a damper in people's willingness to spend, for instance. The training for new hires really lacks compared to what I got 3 years ago.

Commission can be decent if you’re willing to lie to hit your minimums

Cons

Was told to lie to customers to make sales, must sell a minimum of 25 premiums to even make any of your commission, management depending on where you’re at will make or break your whole experience
