Not too much micromanagement. Co workers are cool.

Cons

It's a con mans line of work. You will have to lie to customers, you will have to help your manager meet his goals by any means necessary, including fraud. The upper management passed the DMS know about the fraud but they will do nothing about it because it's a numbers game. Don't ever be fooled by numbers don't lie, that is a con mans way of speaking.

Competitive pay if your store is In a market with regular traffic Salesmen who want to succeed and earn high can and will with drive and confidence Management opportunities come with tenure and can lead to a rewarding career

Cons

Slow Training can be frustrating to earn first commission check three months after hire date Clanky operations, making in store mistakes or lack of knowledge on procedures can lead to hours on confusion for resources
