Pros

Positive Aspects I appreciate the flexible scheduling and collaborative work environment with a small team of three colleagues. As a tech expert, I find the work engaging and enjoyable, particularly when interacting with customers and resolving technical issues.

Cons

Areas for Improvement While initial management was supportive, the transition to new leadership has been challenging. The current manager's approach has left employees to navigate responsibilities independently, which can hinder productivity and job satisfaction. Although the recent hourly pay increase from $12 to $15 is a step in the right direction, it still falls short of a livable wage. The commission-based pay plan, while potentially lucrative, is frequently altered, making it difficult for top-performing sales representatives to maintain a stable income. Regarding career advancement, while opportunities for growth exist, they often require relocation for a store manager position that offers only a marginal salary increase. Furthermore, management commissions can be more challenging to achieve, as success is tied to the overall store performance rather than individual sales.
