Pros

The district management is nice, they make you feel like family. Coworkers are great and I've built some solid relationships with them. Job is easy once you get in the swing of things and days usually fly by, sort of feels like easy money. Training isn't absurd or overwhelming when beginning the job.

Cons

Quotas are insanely unachievable if you're at a slow store. Slow stores are given the same metrics as busy stores and if you don't hit your quota after 3 months you're terminated. If you constantly struggle to meet the ridiculously high quota, which most people are here, you will always be wondering when you're going to get fired. Management offers no help, guidance, or compromise regarding this issue. If you aren't lying and committing fraud to customers on the daily you will fail at this company (seriously). Don't expect to move up in this company, there is no road to success here. And if you miraculously do become a store manager, expect to be underpaid. My manager had a second job just to make enough income. With the company's current trajectory, I don't see them being around for more than 10-20 years due to their lack of integrity and the enormous amount of fraud they conduct. They will tell you to commit fraud but if you get "caught," they disregard any responsibility and fire you instead. HR doesn't respond. Management will lie to you. You're almost guaranteed to never get 100% of your months commission. It will likely be 50% payout.
