I have lots of freedom to run my district. I'm surrounded by a team that I was able to choose and they're a joy to work with. Great peers that are driven and competitive too! Lots of recognition for high performing people and very competitive compensation. Prime has a strong culture of growth from within the organization, which I love.

Cons

If you're not someone driven to succeed and motivated to achieve goals, you may find this difficult.
