Not having weekends off but thats when you make the most sales.

Health insurance is pretty good.

Cons

No set schedule. They say you get to work 40 hours a week, but they cap you at 37. They change the commission structure often and it's not as much as it used to be.

Pros

Commission on top of hourly pay. They move you up in the company decently fast if you are meeting and surpassing your numbers consistently.

Cons

A lot of turnover. Will make sure you do not get over 35 hours to ensure no overtime or overtime pay happens. Forced me to work Sundays after I already didn't have to work Sunday's since that is what I had negotiated.
