The VP of HR is great to work for. She is fair and manages to the needs of the team while keep the field in mind. The company does things to encourage employee morale and focuses on the employees best interest.

Cons

Overall the company is still growing, but there is a lot of change which can sometime confusion and frustration but it is understandable as the company keeps growing and that can be expected.
