      Very fast growth if you are a top seller.

      Cons

      Can be unprofessional at times and very little consideration is shown for your personal time on your days off. Very high turnover rate.

      Lots of product to sell including TV , Internet , and phone which can add a bonus to your pay

      Cons

      Commission plan changes too frequently. Sometimes pressured to sell instead of more words of encouragement. Not enough employees staffed at most locations.
