The job is fairly easy for the amount of money you get paid. Commission is really good when they pay appropriately.

Cons

The entire company handbook is a lie. They claim to pay for company outings, conference calls, after hour group activities, group me usage, and don't pay for any of it. This company has been sued multiple times not only by employees but the department of labor for not paying appropriate overtime. If you are in management consider your life over. You will never have time for anything and even if you somehow find time you will be too stressed to want to do anything. Turnover is extremely high amongst sales reps and management.
