Pros

Good money, for the most part. Watch your hours and pay. You would never get a thank you. Managment is horrible.

Cons

Training isn't available very dishonest company. This company does not take care of employees. Shouldn't be part of AT&T. Just gives the company a bad name

Pros

If you like knowing about the newest technology coming out, this is a good job. Reps for the biggest phone/tablet companies visit and you get to see the new stuff before it launches.

Cons

If you're at a slow location, it's almost impossible to hit the numbers you need to make commission. The commission plan also changed and is now not just based in your sales, but store rankings. If someone manages to get your store a bad review, look to potentially lose commission. You will have to be dishonest with customers; the company wants you to have all customers on higher plans and add on all sorts of services, so expect to have to give dishonest reasons on why they should do so. I got plenty of angry phine calls because the store manager at my location had misrepresented pricing or talked so much and so fast people added stuff to their plans they didnt want. Also at my location I would have to work open to close without getting any form of a break.
