      Pros

      I have worked for Prime for 3+ years and love the opportunities to earn a great income. Great people and awesome looking locations to work with. If you work hard and change with the industry quickly this is a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Prime has a fun and engaging team culture with an excellent, performance-based pay plan. Employees are encouraged to network and "own their business" within their community. Career path is there if you embrace your development plan with management. (Personally progressed from entry level to upper management within 5 years.)

      Cons

      Aggressive targets can be deflating to those who don't see the long term growth plan. Work life balance has been an issue in the past but several recent company initiatives seem to be rectifying that.
