Pros

The best part of working for this company was my sales team. They were always motivated to sell.

Cons

Benefits and vacation time were non existent. I was forced to work a 6 day schedule with no overtime pay. As a manager I still had to meet quota to receive any kind of payout. And the 3 times a day conference calls were ridiculous. I basically lived at work. Even on my "off" day I was required to stay on call.

Pros

Easy job to get, training is thorough, always hiring due to ridiculous turnover.

Cons

Prime doesn't follow at&t's rules for customer interaction. Be prepared to lie, solicit constantly, and work for free. Commission is great when you can get it, but way too much hassle for the pay. No work life balance. You will be constantly called and/or forced to attend mandatory conference calls on your day off...and you will be micromanaged to no end. Even in front of customers. If they don't want some product or feature, it's your fault 100‰ of the time. Stay far away from this company!

Pros

Prime Communications is the best company I've worked for. You are sent through a great training program and your training is ongoing, so you never feel like you don't know what you are doing. They continually promote from within, so advancement is quite possible if you work hard. They have a very nice base wage and the commission potential is substantial. The support structure is immense and the people who work here are fabulous.

Cons

If you're not willing to put in 110% and aren't hungry to earn money, this is not the job for you.
