Where do I start First commission is always incorrect, benefits are horrible, bi-weekly pay checks are incorrect, management does not care about the people who work in the store, Goals are not SMART, unrealistic and your commission is based on these crazy goals. I have been in sales for years and by far this is the worst company that I've worked for. WILL BE LEAVING VERY SOON....

Prime takes pride in being the partner of choice with AT&T. I have worked at other AT&T dealers for the past 13 years in CA and Prime by far is the company for me. I have been here for a little over 3 years now and everyday I wake up, I am actually happy to go into work. The owner and executives that run this company care about their employees and support them to the fullest extent. Great company to work for, 5 stars all the way around!

Cons

Everyday is a challenge working in the retail sales industry but with Prime you have more support and products to sell which allows you to maximize your paychecks!
