You get a lot of contests to do you win stuff a lot. They have market rallys. And The training classes are fun. The work environment is awesome.

Cons

We are short handed and have to work quite a bit right now. kind of exhausting.

Definitely has a family environment vibe with this company. There are a lot of hard-working individuals that will push you to your fullest potential, or at least help you explore your potential. There is also plenty of room for advancement, you just have to want it. This is going to sound cliche, but hard work really does pay off.
