Not the place to work if you want to move up.

Pros

Fellow managers were great to work with. They always helped out with getting the customer what they needed. Great phones to sell.

Cons

Never had the best phones when they first came out. No support from upper management to help small store. Communication was horrible. Would change compensation each month, and would not help with questions when compensation was wrong

Lots of travel if you like that. Plenty of work if you are a kiss up or in favor of management.

Cons

Traveling on a moments notice. Being force to share a hotel room with a team mate when the contract charged to the customer is for a room for each technician. Unprofessional managers.
