I have worked with Prime healthcare for 9 years now. Currently, I work at Saint Mary’s hospital in Passaic, New Jersey, owned and operated by Prime healthcare. Saint Mary’s hospital is a great hospital to work at. There is an amazing culture of support from the upper management of the facility as well as from corporate office leadership. Prime healthcare values each employee’s potential and fully engages in developing their strength and skills via trainings and educational activities. Senior management is very supportive and approachable and deal with any problems right away. The organization is very innovative and there is opportunity to work with highly efficient people who can keep you motivated in your daily work. Hard working and dedicated employees are recognized and promoted to higher levels. Since Prime healthcare owns hospitals in several states, there are great opportunities for employees to get transferred to other facilities if they need to relocate. Overall, I have found it an organization with great mission and vision as well as a place to work for both personal and professional development.
