Bonus eligibility, additional bonus opportunities based upon performance and case volume. Lots of career growth opportunities. Company open to change and implementing new strategies for growth. Great place to build career and develop a wide range of skills outside of typical job duties.

Cons

No 401k, healthcare insurance plans are just ok. Expect to pull long hours, work-life balance can be difficult to manage.

I enjoy working with my fellow lab techs.

Cons

Vacation/PTO could be better. Lots of computer program and IT issues after changing over to the Prime servers. I think Prime bit off more than it could chew with acquiring so many hospitals at once.
